Crystal-Creations.com will ship our products to the 50 United States and APO and FPO Addresses only. Processing time on most orders is 2-5 business days. The shipping methods offered are USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and Express Mail. At this time UPS or FedEx options are not available.

Sales tax will be charged to customers in Tennessee. Payment methods accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Postal Money Orders.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise up to 30 days after receipt. Items returned for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee if. Items returned for an exchange will incur additional shipping and handling fees. If an item is clearly defective, the restocking fee and additional shipping and handling fees will not be charged to the customer. Contact us for authorization and return mailing label.

Returns must be repacked with the same padding and care it received when shipped from our facility. If it arrives with improper padding and is broken or damaged in any way, no refund or exchange will be given
